CANCEL OR AMEND ORDER

We start processing your order quickly which means we can’t make any changes once it’s confirmed. This includes changing the delivery address or delivery option.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

All sales are final once the payment is made and we do not provide an exchange service. However, if the item received is incorrect or defective, kindly get in touch with our customer service and we will take the necessary action.

REFUND POLICY

If item purchased from our site is deemed incorrect, defective or not genuine by a well-recognized authentication expert, kindly contact our customer service at +6013-6786663 or email to labrand.my@gmail.com with the documentation and pictures within three (3) days from the item received.Β Β 

We are committed to combating counterfeit items and take confirming the authenticity of each item very seriously.

Β If goods returned are damaged, incorrect items or not in their original packaging, we reserve the right to lower the compensation/or to not compensate.Β 

Β Please remember that the goods are your responsibility until they reach us including the postal costs, tax, and duties, cost of insurance for returning goods. We will not issue refunds for goods that do not arrive or arrive damaged so please be sure to send us proof of posting. Items lost in transit will not be treated as returned. We recommend you return your package via a secure and reliable postal service.
